Benefiting various organizations, such as the Children’s Law Center of California, Para Los Niños, Shelter Care, and others, Kid2kidnet.com has created a thoughtful donation center. Here, visiting children in the foster care system can choose from a selection of items, including clothing, backpacks, toys, and essential school supplies. The purpose of this unique “store” is not only to provide some much-needed basic necessities to children in need but also to offer a welcoming and comforting distraction from the often overwhelming realities of the foster care system, particularly for younger children who may be feeling anxious or uncertain.
